Refund policy
There are NO REFUNDS for comic books, raw or graded. CGC-graded comics are graded by professional graders and the books are encapsulated so you know what you are buying. If you feel there is a mistake on Red Hood Comics' part in terms of grading of raw books, then you may send an e-mail to rob@redhoodcomics.com with a description of your issue for a POSSIBLE exchange for store credit, but may be unlikely due to the nature of old books and selling vintage comics as all books are believed to be graded accurately and could be considered subjective to others.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of collectibles, your comics cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is a problem on our end and the comic is returned, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
